Importance of Training and Development in HRM

 


Organizations invest their efforts in other programs other than Training and Development programs, that organizations can not success in their field. Training is crucial for organizational development and success. It is fruitful to both employers and employees of an organization. An employee will become more efficient and productive if he is trained well. Organizations need capabilities to manage, develop, implement and monitor training and career development plaining for is employee. Training is important for employee for employee job satisfaction and developing their interpersonal skills .Training and development play an effective role in the productivity of any organization. All organization need to train and develop their staff, if they want achievement and success.

  • Increase organizational commitment 

Training increases the organizational commitment of the employee. They are well training  understand the good knowledge and their performance affective in a positive way. Employees are more efficient and highly motivated for the team development  to increase employee performance  and productivity.

  • Develop the dimensions of the employee

If the employees are well trained, that employees can perform better and employees are satisfied to do their work

  • Develop interpersonal skills

Employee interpersonal skills develop when employees are interact with others during the training their passion toward their work will be increased. The organizational goals could be achieve if employees have interpersonal skills through employee satisfaction.

  • Less employee turnover and conflicts

Trainee employees can reduce employee turnover rate and conflicts with in the group members well trained employees know their issues and they can resolve the organizational problems with effective management 

  • Increase knowledge 
Investing in human resource through training improve the employee capability in the organization. Human capital is best asset for the organization. Therefore when they better knowledge about organization and understand their work properly and 
they will automatically perform better.

  • Help to achieve organizational goals
Trainee employees are help to achieve organizational goals .they can use advance technology ,sufficient knowledgeable staff to do their work properly. They will be performed more efficient ,effectively and highly motivated performance. organization can improve employee morale ,adequate human resource will be expansions of new programs to achieve organizational objectives and goals at right time.

  • Competent and efficient workforce
Employees will be competent and show efficient performance ,when they are trained and have fully knowledge about organizational objectives and goals. They will try to their best to achieve long term and short term goal's through the training they will come to know about all methods, technology and environment of the organization.
