why should employee need training

 Training is an investment in the future in the organization

Training process important  to leads quality of performance of employee. Training is given four main grounds to develop their knowledge and skills.

  • New employees who join  to organization  Introduce organizational vision, mission, objectives, rules and regulations and work condition of the organization. These training helps to familiar new employees to organization culture and work condition of the new work place 

  • Existing Employees who work in the organization they are trained to enhance and refresh their knowledge and skills

  • Trainings are given any changes of updates, amendments take place in technology and any other updates regarding  working process. Employees are trained to use new work methods.

  • When promotion  and career growth  Training is given to employees are prepared to share the responsibilities of higher level job
