Different between Traditional Training and Online training

 

Traditional Training

Traditional Training defines a that training is conduct in person and attendant in person. It is face to face training method it defines as Instructor Led Learning. Traditional Training approaches are :

1. Presentation Approach

It is an class room method of training that involves listening to the trainer with other trainees. This focus is on imparting knowledge about different possesses .Trainers are give the training and trainees are take down notes for future references.

2. Hands on Approach

Trainees are directly involved the training possess and perform various job tasks as per the instructions. This approach includes specially experiential training methods to give practice and interactive training to the trainees.

Online Training

Today modern trainings relates with the new technology to develop organization employees ,enhance skills ,knowledge to obtain better results of the organization. In covid 19 situation most of companies  used modern technological methods to their employees such as video conferencing, social media, gamification and other virtual learning etc.it is a form of distance learning.
